Made from locally produced pure honey. Little known fact about most pure honey is that it is white and has a more solid state at room temperature. This is due to what the bees eat in our area. It creates a wonderful honey flavor, without the added sweetness that usually comes with it.
Please keep in air tight contain in fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 6 months.
