We grow both, National Pickling and Marketmore cucumbers. National Pickling is a small cucumber that fits perfectly in a jar. They can get 6", ours seem to average closer to 5". You can use them as a small slicing cucumber for those that only like a little cucumber. The general use is as pickles.
Note: These usually start to become available beginning of August.
