We grow Golden Cross cabbage. They are a very compact and slightly smaller head of cabbage, but they work great in all kinds of dishes. We can coleslaw with them and the cabbage stays crunchy even a year later. One of our favorites is in spring rolls.


Note: These are usually beginning to be ready mid to end of July.
