We grow Black Beauty zucchini. We have had great luck with this variety for many years now. We actually use this zucchini for out personal pickles rather then cucumber. We tried it one year when the cucumbers where swarmed and killed by black birds. We haven't looked back since. We also make zucchini bread, zucchini muffins, or just grill it. This is usually starting to be ready by mid July.
