These bagels are made with yeast and white flour. They are hand made so the shape is not as uniform as store purchased items. Try these soft and chewy bagels as breakfast sandwiches, with cream cheese, or just as a quick grab and go breakfast or lunch. Bag of 6.
Note: These do take a day to make. They rise for 3 hours alone, much less make the dough, and the double cooking method used for bagels.
