These large soft pretzels are made with sour dough culture, but the 'sourness' is so mild, you will not notice it. The salted pretzels are great as is or with a cheese dip. The plain pretzels are wonderful simply alone, with cheese dip, icing, or butter with cinnamon sugar. The ideas are endless. This is an item that doesn't last long in my home.
Note: These usually take two days due to the nature of sourdough.
