A great bread for a variety of breakfast sandwiches. Our family even likes to use them as peanut butter and jam sandwiches. They are a dense bread and hold up well even with very wet sauces. Our English Muffins are made with a sourdough starter, but they do not hold the 'sour' notes common in most sourdoughs. So they do take time to make.
