These are a yeast cinnamon roll. A recipe we have been making for over 20 years. They turn out great every time. We have three flavors of icing to use on these. Basic icing, cream cheese icing, and caramel icing. We can also make them as a sticky bun.
We usually use a microwave to reheat individual buns for 20 seconds. It will make the icing melt.
Note: These will usually take until the next day to make. The dough is best if refrigerated over night.
