Cinnamon Raisin Nut Swirl Bread
This bread is a sourdough sweet bread. It has cinnamon in the bread as well as the swirl. We use true cinnamon (ceylon, not cassia), so the flavor is lighter and not as spicy. Using walnuts gives it a great contrast with the slight bitterness inherit to walnuts vs pecans.
Note: This bread will usually have to be ordered 3 days in advance. Our cultures are kept dormant until needed. It takes approximately 20 hours to make after the culture has grown. It takes that long due to the long rising times with sourdough.
