Our Grape Jam is made with grapes we grow plus those we purchase that are grown in B.C. Our grape plants are not old enough to produce the amount we would need. Our recipe uses grapes that are concentrated by boiling them down before we start adding ingredients. This has resulted in a stronger grape flavor so very little is needed. It is also very thick, but spreads very easily.
