White bread items will normally take a day to make, as yeast has to rise. Some items are ready in as little as two hours, while others may take eight to nine hours due to the nature of the dough.
Sourdough items will take on average two days. Our culture is kept dormant until needed. It takes 12 hours to wake it up then it has to be fed every 12 hours until I have enough culture to make the items that are ordered. Then once the dough is made, most sour dough items have to rest for eight to twelve hours. That is just the nature of sourdough, but the flavors are very much worth it.
